This cotton bandana is a double knot tie-on style.

Neck Sizing: ** Remember to leave enough room to tie your knot add about 4 inches. When in doubt size up, you can fold the top over to tie the bandana. Because we cut from a bolt of fabric, pattern placement will vary. This means your bandana WILL NOT not look exactly like the bandanas pictured.**
