Goldendoodle Generations
I know the generations of goldendoodles can be confusing! Here is a great resource to help simply it.
Lucy and Drew will have Multigen puppies because they are both F1B Goldendoodles.
Multigens have a more predicable coat, less shedding and are more allergy friendly.
F1 = Golden Retriever x Poodle
F1B = F1 Goldendoodle x Poodle
F2 = F1 Goldendoodle x F1 Goldendoodle
Multigen = Two Goldendoodle parents – One parent has to be an F1B or multigen. A Poodle bred to a multigen Goldendoodle also constitutes a multigen.
