Because the cowhide is a natural product and we cut from a whole cowhide, pattern placement will vary on each collar. This means your leash WILL NOT look exactly like the collars in the pictures. Each leash is unique and one of a kind.

Our cowhide leather leashes have two layers of cowhide sewn together. One side is the “pretty” cowhide and the other side is a plain cowhide that will vary in color.

Will metal hardware discolor or tarnish?
The metal is plated with the colors (rose gold, gold, and silver), some wear and scratching is expected over time. As with any metal, it will begin to tarnish or rust if exposed to prolonged wear.
