Important Timeline:
Puppies Born - April 30th 2025
First Payment - May 7th
Order Pawtree Food - June 4th
Puppy Visit at 6 weeks old - June 14th
Puppy Pick Day - Pending eval date
Second Payment - within 2 days of evals being completed
Go Home - June 28th. Can go home as soon as June 25th when they turn 8 weeks old.
Within 3 business days of go home they need to be seen by your licensed veterinarian for a health and wellness exam. The receipt needs to be sent to Dacus Doodles in order to keep your two year health guarantee.
First groom - two weeks after they finish their puppy vaccines and receive their rabies vaccination. This visit will be a “puppy cut” to begin getting them used to grooming. Full groom but 6/7 months old. Grooming every 6-8 weeks thereafter.
Puppy Visitation Day
When puppies are about 6 weeks old. On . Puppy visitation day is not a requirement. It is just fun to meet and play with some sweet little nuggets and get all the puppy breath! It is also a day to ask any questions, take photos and videos! Times are scheduled as one on one with us. Please sign up for a time via the link.

You are welcome to come to our home and play with the pups or meet them on Zoom.
Puppy Pick Day
Puppy Evaluations will be done and completed - pending date will confirm date at a later time. We will make phone calls in the order reservations were received for you to pick your fur baby after Evals are complete. Please be on standby for our phone call. This will be by phone call only - not in person. Each family will have 45 minutes of time to decide who they want to bring home! Working/service dog prospects - we will be in touch with your trainer and let you know which pup is yours after your trainer and our evaluator choose.
We do not have an exact time/date yet. We will keep everyone posted when we plan to make phone calls.
Puppy Go Home Days
Your puppy will turn 8 weeks old on
Go home day will be June 28th unless otherwise scheduled with us. They will be 8 weeks old on the 25th and can be picked up from the 25th-28th if scheduled! This will also be a scheduled event so that if anyone has questions they are able to ask - if you would like to hangout and meet some of the other families that is totally fine! We do ask you to keep to your pick up time so we can go over your go home pack but you can hangout after! Please schedule pick up via this link.

We can keep/board pups after their scheduled go home date per request and availability. This is an additional cost.

The first half of your remaining balance for your puppy is due on or before May 7th when puppies are 1 week old to keep your pick placement. If we do not receive your payment, you will be removed from Charleigh's litter list.
The second half of your remaining balance for your puppy is due within two days of evals being completed.

Let's talk about dog food
We feed Pawtree food and this is what your puppy will come home on. Feeding the same food for the first year is crucial! This helps keep your puppy balanced and fewer upset tummies! This is the one constant that they have when they leave us. Their environment will change, water will change, new people, all the things. We do not recommend switching food brands for the first 12 months. Please have your food ordered before .
